    Self-proclaimed big shot bullfight arena owner in Bulldozia.

    Major Story Arcs

    When his main bullfighter, Pauncho, refuses to train for the next big fight, Señor Don Pedro heads to the United States to hire Charlie McCarthy and Mortimer Snerd to wake up Pauncho. (They have a wake-up service.) The boys do all they can to awaken the bullfighter, but he doesn't do so until he hears that he is to fight el Cyclone. He then wakes up and flees. Don Pedro is stuck without a bullfighter and is rightfully upset with Charlie and Mortimer.

    Due to crazy events, Mortimer, and then Charlie, are forced to fight the bull. After the deed is done, Señor Don Pedro pays the boys, only to tell them that Bulldozian dollars are worthless in the United States. He takes the money back and leaves the boys high and dry.
