Possibly my new favorite book...
I gave Secret Six a shot after a few weeks of sitting on the fence about it, and now, I'm so glad I checked it out. I looked at the past four issues, but since this is the most recent, it's the one I'll review. Basically, Catman's out for blood over his family being hurt and his son being kidnapped(killed?), and almost all of the team, minus Bane and Jeannette are off looking for him. Catman REALLY shines in this book, and it shows how deep and disturbed a character he really is. The entire cast is brilliant, and it's an extremely well written series. The art is nothing mind-blowingly amazing, but for the story being told, it more than serves it's purpose. All around, I think this is my first five star review, but Secret Six deserves every bit of it.
