It's no secret Skrulla are still on earth....
can there be some skrulls still posing as diffrent Marvel characters?

I guess doubt was part of the invasion plans, in Avengers #51 the heroes still show fear to trust people, so even if the Skrulls are mostly beaten the repercussions are still ongoing. l
I would not be surprised if some of the Skrulls still occupied important roles. Yet as an army, I think their fleet is mostly destroyed, as they don't even play a part in the War of Kings.

The Invasion is still going because Ragnarok is still alive and the Skrull Kill Krew are still finding skrulls.
