    Short summary describing this issue.

No recent wiki edits to this page.

People in the know realize that before there was a FEMFORCE, before even there was an AC COMICS, there was PARAGON PUBLICATIONS- AC Comics Publisher Bill Black’s line of high-quality, original-material comic book-style magazines. This was the testing place, the proving ground, for all of Bill’s ideas, characters and techniques. In fact, many of the characters who would become memberes of the FEMFORCE first appeared in print in this line of books; some dating to the early 1970’s. Though the actual original PARAGON editions are long out of print, and expensive collector’s items (when you can FIND them ) , this anthology collects some of the best-remembered stories that featured future FEMFORCE members, including “Synn Meets Alizarin Crimson” (part of the ORIGINAL “Capricorn Chronicles” ), Phantom Lady (later changed to Nightveil) in “Dweller In The Darkness”, and SYNN & PHANTOM (Nightveil) LADY in “Carnage On Campus”, all stories written AND drawn by Bill Black himself!!
