I agree with you on the art of the story arc. I had to look for details in each panel instead of a breeze by. 
The reason Selene resurrected those dead mutants is because she needed to feed on mutant souls to rise to godhood. 
The beginning was getting extremely interesting to me (all I wanted to know is why they were all evil, was it the transmode virus infecting them? Whatever) But the end ended to soon and quick. The battle itself should have been at least prolonged for another issue.

I just don't think Karma is a really good character. Personally, I don't really care if she's the one that dies in second coming. It wouldn't affect me one bit.

They sold out of Legacy at my shop yesterday so I had to find another place today. Anybody else read this issue?

I read Legacy and thought it was pretty good, I'm loving all of this Second Coming so far, cept the art in the Uncanny issue.  The X-Factor one was pretty brutal, I don't usually read them but can't get enough Second Coming. 

I'm curious, the Selene-magic based perversion of the T/O virus allowed her revived mutants continuously resurrect themselves. Can Bastion bring back any of his human cabal at his will? The Hodge death seemed pretty final (At least for this crossover)

My only real beef with X-Legacy #235 was the art which screamed Land as I hadn't realized he was doing it so I couldn't strap myself in for it.
 
There's also the socalled Cerebro psychic feedback that supposedly cut off the telepathic communication between home base and the away team rendering the home team blind and wreacked havoc on the triplets but a bit later they seemed to be back in telepathic communication.

Did anyone else notice that Lands art had Hope drawn exactly like Jean in Endsong?

Jean - Hope... What's the difference. I think pretty much everyone is expecting this MESSIAH to become Jean again (reincarnated). But what I find odd is how predicable the writers are making this story arc. In the end Hope become Jean/Phoenix, Whatever. Or if there is a twist... that is what will catch my eye back to reading it.

Well, it could get boring if it is predictable. It depends.  Unless of course the plot is different and more interesting, etc.  "

I don't think it will be anti climatic but will be predictable but will be a thought out story. 

I would say yes. Yes. LOL. He is gonna die again.

First figure would be either Longshot, deformed Shi'ar Guardians, or deformed Deadpool? Second figure next to Wolverine is Absolutely Psylocke! The next flying figure could be Gladiator or Smasher? The last one figure with a cape and gun could be either Fantomex (sp?).

I hope Second Coming isn't going to effect Nightcrawler or Moonstar... cuz they're my favorites. But I really wouldn't care to what happens to Cyclops or Emma Frost. Their time has come!

Yea, it's a bit disappointing, I wish they would show somebody like Hellion or Prodigy helping out, seeing how they have the potential. They need to use these events to elevate lower tier characters more, not promote the well promoted (Cyclops, Emma, Wolverine, etc) 
 
I myself want to see even somebody like Cannonball step up and really prove why he's awesome. The A-Team has had their time to shine, bring in flesh blood

Karma is gonna go hopefully....I'm praying Kurt survives tomorrow.  If he survives tomorrow I think he's in the clear for the crossover.  Cable could still bite it early.  I need that book!!!

I'm feeling Magik is good, since they just brought her back, and Karma is going to be in a world of pain, seeing how she doesn't have a leg to stand on lol

On a different note. Loved the art in X-Force. Choi kills it every time.
