Julian Croswell was a catholic priest that lived in the zone of Hell's Kitchen in Manhattan. Julian tried to stop a group of children that tried to evoke a demon, using a book. In the crucial moment, Father Croswell interrupted the process...and the demon Jamallanachiah possessed him instead.
The demon and the priest have begun to lead an inner fight that, currently, seems the dark side is winning. Scratch can emit a demonic fire and levitate. As his name indicates, his hands can be transformed in sharp claws.
