The Grappler is a minor costume criminal that comes into conflict with She-Hulk. The Grappler would meet his demise at the Bar with No Name massacre and fall victim to the Scourge of the Underworld.

The Hijacker was a minor criminal that used his Crime Tank called the Murder Machine to wreck havoc. He would meet his demise at the Bar with No Name as one of the victims of the Scourge of the Underworld, but was later resurrected.
The first Titania, a member of the Grapplers. She was slain by the Scourge, then revived by The Hood in order to kill the Punisher.
Formerly a member of the Grapplers, Letha was slain by the Scourge of the Underworld during the Bar With No Name massacre. She was later revived by the Hood, who gave her rage-inducing powers.
Gregory Nettles was an industrial thief when a freak accident at an electronics show transformed him into Megatak. His ability to control electricity and electronic components brought him into conflict with Thor. Megatak would later meet his demise by Scourge but is resurrected years later by the Hood.
Bruno Horgan is a former competitor of Tony Stark. He becomes the Melter and is considered one of Iron Man's deadliest foes. The Melter is eventually killed by the Scourge of the Underworld.
Mind-Wave wears a helmet that allows him to hear the thoughts of any individual within close proximity. He attacks New York City with his massive think tank but is eventually taken down by Daredevil. Mind-Wave would meet his end by Scourge during the Bar with No Name massacre.

Shellshock was a minor criminal mercenary that has fought members of the Fantastic Four and the Black Panther. He was killed by the Scourge of the Underworld at the Bar with No Name.
Three men have taken the identity of Steeplejack with the first two having battled Power Man and Ms. Marvel on separate occasions. Steeplejack would be killed by the Scourge of the Underworld during the Bar with No Name massacre. The third claimed the identity after it was sold to him by Roderick Kingsly.
Anthony Davis was the first super-villain known as Ringer. After his untimely near-death at the hands of the Scourge of the Underworld, he was rebuilt as the cyborg Strikeback.
