MacDonald Gargan was a failing private investigator that was turned into the Scorpion with financial help from J.Jonah Jameson. He became the host of the Venom symbiote and was part of Norman Osborn's Dark Avengers. After it was taken by the US Government and he became The Scorpion once again.

Anti:As a  former-super villain (as well as a man  sharing a body with an alien life form),nothing  Venom does can  truly  predicted.If he could escape S.H.I.E.L.D.   oversight ,he may  align with Cap, or anyone else whom  he believes could further his aims.
Powers/abilities
Alien symbiote which grants greatly boosted Strength and durability .Venom can  extend  tendrills  of symbiote tissue  to attack or incapacitate foes. Venom can cling to walls, produce and shoot a web-like substance to up to 70 feet and blend in with the background. Venom also possess superhuman strength that allows him to lift 60-100 tons.

yes but this is for mac gargan time as venom in other media and i added  physical description and strength level
