I could see him as a side villain with a very minimal plot. But not as the main attraction.

He should be Scorpion first and then maybe a few movies later become the new Venom and do the character justice, yeah I like Gargans Venom and I hope they make him like he is now where he's like Dark Spider-Man, I like that.

Hopefully his look will be awesome, but he needs to come in and wreck shop with Spidey showing superiority over him. By the end of the movie, they have this big showdown that DOES THEM BOTH JUSTICE but ends with Spidey outsmarting him to get the slight victory.
