Wasn't the whole alpha/beta/omega designation just a plot device of X-Men 3?  Its been a while since I read X-Men, but do they even bother with that?

Omega-Level Mutant is just a title, nothing more.

She isn't a Confirmed Omega level mutant meaning she hasn't been classified as an omega level mutant in Canon therfore she is not listed amongst the 8 confirmed mutants who have been revealed as Omega's, however that does not have to mean that she isn't an Omega

Consider Franklin Richards he was only confirmed as an Omega in 198 years after his creation, So there is a possibility that she is a Omega just yet to be designated as such

No in the movies they used a Numerical rating to identify mutants, level 5 being Omega level 4 being Alpha an so on
