The Scarlet Witch Warpedthe 616 Reality into The House Of M, then she depower 99% of the world mutants jsut by saying three words, Frankcreate his own universe and planets and Mad Jim Jaspers warped his entire universe, so is she still a match for them and is she around the same scale of power
Is she a match for Franklin Richards or Mad Jim Jaspers...
Franklin's powers 'disappeared' way before M-Day. Given Marvel's Sliding Timeline I don't know how long before. Regardless, he lost them when he and the older version of Valeria used their combined powers to bring back to life the Galactus of an alternate reality in order to imprison Abraxas again.
I thnik she would at least last a while... Here is some examples of what she has done...
>sustains atmosphere inside the moon base after a hole is blown in it
>works a hex in order to keep a floundering jet from sinking any further
>forms a hex sphere which absorbs the full destructive power of Black Bolt’s scream into itself
>casts a specific and focused hex that causes the Recorder’s body to rapidly break down as if it had endured five thousand years of “wear and tear” over a period of a mere five seconds
>transmutes War Machine’s armor into pure iron
>causes a foe to burst into flame
>draws water up from an underground river and causes it to erupt in large geisers to douse a fire
>causes the river to surge into a wave and splash the Enchantress
>banishes all oxygen from the vicinity of a Blood Brother, almost causing him to pass out
>transforms a magnetized barrier composed of metal shards into a field made of harmless flowers
>animate wood and trees to attack, fire mystical force bolts, and create a massive storm casting down torrential rain, hailstones, and more lightning bolts on her victims
>materializes animated cubes of reality to project the recent past
>utters the words “No More Mutants”, restoring reality to what it was before but depowering 90-95% of Earth’s mutant population
>creates a pocket reality in her room where she was married and birthing children
>creates several fake Avengers to respond to the crisis at the mansion, among them Quicksilver
>creates a Kree armada to attack the gathered Avengers
>takes control of the Vision's synthezoid mind and forces him to crash a Quinjet into Avengers Mansion
Franklin Richards is a mutant with vast psionic powers. His abilities are so great that he can create "pocket" universes in alternate realities. (A "pocket" universe is a cosmos that does not equal our own in size.) When Franklin achieves the conscious use of his full powers, he will have telepathic powers, tremendous telekinetic powers, the ability to fire enormously powerful energy blasts, and the ability to rearrange the molecular structure of matter, even up to a cosmic scale. Franklin Richards has imposed mental blocks within his own mind to prevent him from using most of his psionic potential while he is still such a young child. It is possible that the strength of these blocks has faded over time, or that they cannot prevent him from utilizing his full powers unconsciously, as he did in creating the alternate reality to which he dispatched his parents and others following their clash with Onslaught. The mental blocks also work only when Franklin is in his physical body; his astral form can apparently use all of his psionic potential if it has separated from his physical form. The mental blocks did not restrict Franklin from using his precognitive abilities, which manifest themselves in his dreams, enabling him to envision possible future events. Although there are countless possible futures, Franklin foresees the most probable future path, and therefore his predictions usually come true. Franklin seemingly cannot foresee events more than roughly a few days in the future. Franklin's precognitive power developed to the point at which he could see images of future events even when he's conscious.Franklin also developed the ability to place himself in a trance-like state while remaining fully conscious. While he is in this trance, he can project an intangible, ghostlike image of himself to another location, through which he can see and hear what goes on at that location. What Franklin has called the "dreams" he has while in this state are not truly dreams, but his conscious awareness of the environment into which he has projected his "dream-self." It is not yet known how far Franklin can project his "dream-self" away from his physical body, but he has projected it onto a planet while his physical body was in a starship high above the planet's surface.
Franklin is an Omega-level mutant possessing vast psionic powers. According to Roma, in heroes return Franklin's power is equal to that of the Celestials. These powers have manifested as telepathy, telekinesis, energy blasts of concussive force (in adulthood), precognition, astral projection, and reality manipulation -- the ability to make a thought or desire a reality. However, being a child, his abilities are restricted to an extent by his limited control -- at any given moment his powers could spawn the unthinkable with something less than a thought, or risk temporary depletion if overly exerted. In terms of unrealized potential, Franklin was generally considered for years to be the most powerful mutant in the Marvel Universe surpassing even Charles Xavier and Magneto. It is implied Franklin may possess some form of (possibly hereditary) superhuman intellect, as thought by the Thing, who was greatly surprised that a mere seven-year old was able to come up with the idea of consulting the prisoners for aid, and attributes this to being the son of Reed Richards. This is also possibly connected with residues of Franklin’s immense mental powers. Sir James Jaspers is, without a doubt, one of most powerful beings in the Marvel universe, with the power to warp reality. The less powerful Earth-238 version of Jaspers was able to warp his entire universe beyond recognition to such a degree that it became necessary to destroy the Earth-238 timeline completely just to stop the Jaspers' Warp from spreading to other universes. From what Merlyn hinted during his telepathic alert to Captain Britain, the more powerful Earth-616 Jaspers was an omniversal scale threat whose power would continue to grow and develop on an exponential rate:
Mad Jim Jaspers has vast, nigh-omnipotent reality warping powers almost on a cosmic scale. He can restructure matter and energy on an enormous scale and bend and distort space to create tesseract spaces which are far larger than what would otherwise fit into a three dimensional space. He can warp and disrupt the laws of physics to make entire universes unsuitable for life if left unchecked. A feature that Jaspers has been shown himself to be capable of is to readily alter his own form and stature, an ability which has not been often utilized by other mutant reality warpers, with the exception of young Franklin Richards, who previously willed himself to take on the form of the messianic like adult figure known as Avatar, as seen in Fantastic Four # 245. At one time Jaspers had altered his own stature to become a giant and was holding Captain Britain between two of his fingers as if he were an ant. During his battle with the Fury, he altered his own form to change into completely different lifeforms and even non-living objects while maintaining his own human mind. He reanimated his entire body after having been fried into an empty skeleton by the Fury, which might imply, alongside with the shape- and stature-altering that he was partially supernatural and could reform from almost nothing. He has been able to easily resurrect dead characters and create his own sentient lifeforms.
This is my opinion but I do not think anyone is equal to Mad Jim Jaspers. remember Mad jim is a combonation of Sir jim jaspers and Fury. and Fury was the only thing able to kill Sir jim but teleport outside or the universe.
i can't remember how but Jim jasper from was reformed in the recreated earth 238 timeline and merged with Fury creating Mad Jim jaspers. Making what in my opinion
is an unbeatable Charater equaled only by Thanos wearing the infinity gaunlet
Hex Bolts: Initially, the Scarlet Witch had the ability to manipulate probability via her "hexes" (often manifesting physically as "hex spheres" or "hex bolts"). These hexes are relatively short range, and are limited to her line of sight. Casting a hex requires a gesture and concentration on her part, though the gestures are largely a focus for the concentration. Early in her career, her hexes were unconscious on her part, and would be automatically triggered whenever she made a particular gesture, regardless of her intent. These hexes would only manifest "bad luck" effects. She later gained enough control over her powers that her powers only work when she wants them to, and they are not limited to negative effects. She can use her hexes to light flammable objects, contain or remove air from a particular volume, deflect objects, stop the momentum of projectiles, open doors, explode objects, create force fields and deflect magical attacks. Her powers while beginning to unveil a higher potential appeared capable of prevailing against the mastered mystical ones of Dormammu in his own Dark Dimension when she and the Avengers fought against him for Avalon's Evil Eye power-object, albeit indirectly by disrupting the energies of Dormammu and the Eye. They have been known to alter the molecular composition and physical state of physical objects, negate or distort physical laws, and to cause various forms of energy to spontaneously appear or disappear. She has an affinity with natural elements and phenomena, stemming largely from her magical training under Agatha Harkness, and has trained often at using her hexes to deflect projectiles or to cause enemies to stumble or otherwise suffer the effects of "bad luck". Ultimately, the hexes are not under the Witch's direct control, although she can influence the nature of their effects with great concentration and effort. This makes her one of the few Avengers that Ultron fears; his adamantium shell cannot repel magic. She has displayed the ability to cancel Longshot and Domino's powers of probability and has also once turned Longshot into a cat.
Flight: Wanda has recently portrayed the ability to fly, though even prior to her mental collapse she has inexplicably demonstrated such an ability. The full extent to this ability is unknown. Loki in disguise: * Teleportation: She has recently been seen teleporting herself and numerous other persons across distant locations from oceans and foreign countries.
Astral Projection: Wanda can project an astral form across undefined distances. Abilities Expert Knowledge of Sorcery: Wanda was trained by Agatha Harkness in witchcraft. Her sorceress training has not given her a set of powers separate from her mutant abilities, but only honed her control over her existing abilities. She has, however, a special affinity for the natural elements and materials that witches utilize in their spells: the four alchemical elements, wood, organic substances, etc.
Expert Combatant: Wanda has also been trained in hand-to-hand combat by both Captain America and Hawkeye.
Expert Tactician: When sane, the experience and leadership skills that come from years of active duty as an Avenger.

Bump. I have a question. Was all of Wandas HOUSE OF M powerset and crazy flying and shooting magic beams and the vast reality warping because of chaos magic?
Thanks, and Von Doom has all those powers now? Evidently HOM Scarlet Witch was like a Top 10 most powerful character in Marvel. This should be GOOOOOOD
If Marvel is going to put Wanda vs the entire phoenix force, she may arguably be above or at the same level as an adult franklin richards, I dont think Wanda at her most powerful plus Adult Franklin at his most powerful could defeat Mad Jim Jaspers .
Depending on the writer, it could go either ways with Scarlet Witch. Reality warpers are hard to define. I think she still has her life force power or else she shouldn't be able to defeat 2 phoenixes by herself. They did say Wanda's power has some connection with phoenix. Phoenix is the power of all life while Wanda's power called life force. It's hard to say they are not related.
