The world knows Wanda Maximoff as the Scarlet Witch, with probability manipulation and reality-warping abilities. The twin sister of Quicksilver, mother to Wiccan and Speed, and ex-wife of the Vision; Wanda has taken on many roles throughout her life but will forever be known for causing the Decimation.
I LOVED THAT ONE!!!! She looked like an actual witch. The only problem is that I can't find any good pictures of it. She always looks like the picture above, which is horrendously proportioned. But if they had good art with that costume, and she had a Romani look in her face, I would squeal.

I think the choker and the Gambit jacket killed it for me as well.
i just discovered what she looks like with short hair and hood she actually looks like a magical witch but i really love what she looks like in x-men legendsII she has rubber boots that go all the way up her leg and like a tabbard thing with a leather vest over it so u can only see the bottom of the tabbard droping over her legs.It looks wicked!!!
I prefer Ultimates (vol one and two) Wanda. I can't stand her regular Scarlet Witch outfits. Stupid stupid tiara. The only thing about her look that's ever really bothered me is that no one can seem to decide what color her eyes are. Even in Ultimates, in one issue I remember they were blue and then they were suddenly brown.
I'm going to make the daring claim that she looks best when NOT being depicted as Crazy. Yes. Any non-Crazy version of Wanda is the most fashionable...
Her "X-Men Legends 2" outfit is the best one, IMHO. Perfect hints of occult, priestess or witch-like accents, with her traditional color and classy sleeves. It looks almost reminiscent of Klarion the Witch Boy, which is a good thing, and she truly looks like she has the potential to become one of the Three High Priestesses of Marvel. I also like how it doesn't show unnecessary skin and looks like it could actually protect her in combat.
Her best costume ever was her post Heroes Reborn costume. Designed by George Perez to capture the essence of her gypsy heritage.
I didn't like this one. It showed too much skin to be a battle costume, and was more reminiscent of a gypsy dancer than a witch, even though it touches on her gypsy origins. It looks like she would spend more energy making sure the cape and loincloth didn't tangle her legs than actually serving as useful protection on an adventure.
