    Scarlet's campaign against the Portland police ramps up with the involvement of the FBI and an underground flashmob.  The Good Bendis' signature dialog works marvelously here, setting a metronomic cadence that plays quite clearly in the theater of your mind. Maybe more than anything, I'm glad to see a comic with this kind of polish in production actually get to go as far out with such potentially incendiary subject matter.     In the first three issues of the most dynamic series out now, we got a good look into the mind and motives of Scarlet, a righteous revolutionary and killer knee deep in pathos and charisma. Her private almost Punisher-like vendetta against corruption has been extremely entertaining to read, but this issue shows the effect her actions have had on the community at large.
