    Scarlet's campaign against the Portland police ramps up with the involvement of the FBI and an underground flashmob.  The Good Bendis' signature dialog works marvelously here, setting a metronomic cadence that plays quite clearly in the theater of your mind. Maybe more than anything, I'm glad to see a comic with this kind of polish in production actually get to go as far out with such potentially incendiary subject matter.     The Rise of Scarlet 0

    In the first three issues of the most dynamic series out now, we got a good look into the mind and motives of Scarlet, a righteous revolutionary and killer knee deep in pathos and charisma. Her private almost Punisher-like vendetta against corruption has been extremely entertaining to read, but this issue shows the effect her actions have had on the community at large.
