Scarface is a dummy who's ventriloquist is a man that goes by the name of Arnold Wesker or his alias The Ventriloquist. They both first appeared in Detective Comics#583.They're also Batman's enemies.
Scarface is a dummy used to carry out the ventriloquist's dark plans. His original name was Woody a dummy given to and made for Arnold Wesker by a cell-mate of his. Arnold got into prison for brawling in a bar ultimately killing his opponent. The ventriloquist died and a new girl fell in love with him.
