Savantas

Origin

Savantas is a scientist who stole some ideas from professor Barabas. He put the ideas to use in a shrinking ray and a stopbeam-canon. He intended to use them to shrink Belgium and make him the ruler of the country. He was stopped by Suske and Wiske when he himself was shrunk and eaten by a bird. Refused by the Devil in Hell and by Saint Peter in Heaven, he was ultimately accepted in Heaven when he did a good deed by letting professor Barabas realize that most inventions can be used for good.
