Supergirl and the Legion of Super-Heroes

This is the continuation of the Legion of Super-Heroes, Volume 5. (2005)

The premise of this run is that Supergirl reaches the 31st Century  after being struck by a zeta beam during Infinite Crisis. She meets the current incarnation of the Legion of Super-Heroes but has no memory of how she got there.  Her appearance is part of the DC line-wide storyline 'one year later' and due to its place in the future was referred to as '1001 years later'. It occurs during the one year gap in Supergirl's solo series. (again, part of the one year later story)
