Another great issue from this amazing creative team! The story continues on Santa on the trail of finding Barton's murder, and the creative team from writer to artist(s) bring their A-game. (As usual.) Writer Jeremy Bernstein does a great job at showing off how Santa's world as an all-knowing-magical-being comes in handy when working a case. I liked how Santa's powers are not left out of this series and really help Ol' Saint Nick in various ways. Bernstein does a good job on that part as he makes it seem like a normal thing, or something that is not forced. I always enjoy when a writer can add subtle things (i.e. Santa's powers) and it seem very natural in the series. This issue was also great as it introduced Jack Frost and his connection with Santa, as well as building suspense as to what or who killed Barton and what Santa will find in this house next issue!

In conclusion, you should really check out Thrillbent's series! It's truly amazing. 5 out of 5.
