The Sand Razor is part of the new wave of military assault vehicles, this one specifically geared toward desert combat situations. Constructed with titanium-alloy materials and very little protective armor, the Sand Razor is a quick strike vehicle consisting of mostly its engine and recoil-less cannon, leaving out the comforts of armor plating and nice seats as a trade for relatively high speed and durability. Driving this hybrid all-terrain vehicle in combat allows a G.I. Joe to get into a tight spot, hit hard and leave again in a hurry before the enemy knows what hit them.
The Sand Razor weighs 2.4 tons and has a top road speed of 100 MPH and cross-country speed of 55 MPH and a fully loaded range of 450 miles. It is armed with one .50 caliber machine gun with 2,500 rounds of ammunition and one 55mm recoil-less cannon with 15 rounds of ammunition.
