Presented by Allen Hastings, author of the Lightwave 3D CGI software, who had a hand in creating this pitch reel for a semi live action Sailor Moon TV series. This was one of the options considered by DIC. It was to be live-action while he girls were their "normal" selves, then animated when they transformed. The girls were very diverse - that's Sailor Mars in a wheelchair that transforms into a battle mech. In the end, DIC just decided to dub the Japanese anime, and the rest is history. This was shown once in public - at Anime Expo 95 - and never shown again.
