Victor Creed is the feral mutant called Sabretooth. He was a member/subject of the Weapon X Project and is the arch-enemy of Wolverine. Unlike Wolverine, Sabretooth embraces his primal instincts, leaving death in his wake.

A Sabretooth origins movie could work.

End it with him in the Weapon X program being transformed and his mind erased...with the final scene of him somehow getting with magneto and the brotherhood.
