Sabra

 
She was revealed to have retained her powers after M-Day in The X-Men: 198 Files. 
 
Ruth Bat-Seraph was born near the city of Jersualem, Isael. She is the first superhuman agent that was created to serve the Iraeli secret service. She first battled the Hulk, while mistakenly believing that he worked for terrorists. 
 
Sabra then was selected by the Grandmaster to play in the Contest Of Champions. 
 
She then once again fought the Hulk, but this time in his Professor persona. 
 
Sabra also, fought the New Warriors, while she was being mind-controlled. 
 
Sabra also, fought along the X-Men during "Operation Zero Tolerance". 
 
She the was requested by the British Government to aid Union Jack and the Arabian Knight against terrorists attacks in London. 
 
Sabra help form a policing force against unruly mutants. The former X-Men member Bishop and former ally Micromax serves along with her. This was durning the Civil War story arc. 
 
She is seen later fighting the Skrulls in Israel, during the Secret Invasion story arc. 
 
POWERS

All of her physical abilities are superhuman; strength, speed, stamina, durability. Sabra's  mutant power has enhanced all of her body's physical abilities, such as strength, speed, agility, reflexes, endurance, and stamina, to superhuman levels. She can withstand impacts up to high caliber rifle fire.    She also typically uses an antigravity device to fly, and wrist-blasters. She can transfer part of her powers to others, sometimes awakening their own latent powers in the process, but those powers usually fade when she takes her own power back.
