    Rustler and his partner, Bollix, were a pair of super powered robbers who were foiled by Squadron Supreme member Whizzer. In spite the duo's force field generating belts, Whizzer was able to easily capture them and hand them over to the authorities.

    Rustler wore a belt which generated a personal force field around him.
