chase isnt dead. after all, gert died without old lace dying right? i dont think hes dead.
and your right, the first 9 issues or so of vol 3 was pretty bad. i think vol 1 was great, and vol 2 was absolutely amazing i loved it. but i have to say, im looking foward to this series after #11. i thought it was well done and im very interested in where this is all going.
and ps, theres no way gert is getting in the avengers. she will never ever do that with her knowledge of the future. plus thats totally out of her character. so unless she comes back a different person, she wont join the avengers.
and moore is lame. haha

How the hell do u know for sure Chase is not dead. Gert passed her psychic link with Old Lace to Chase when she was dying. So unless u some how got the next issue, there is no way to know that... And i want Gert to be on the Avengers like if they had or get a really great writer when she joins the team, she could become a really cool character. @xxCellPhoneGirlxx: i dont think chase is dead. he didnt flatline, old lace did. i think that was jus old lace in his head. gert died and old lace was still alive, right? same pyshic link. and if you look at the preview for the next cover in the back of the issue, chases face is on the cover w/ the other runaways but old lace isnt there.
and it would be cool if gert was in the avengers and there was a good writer, but dont you think that would be really out of character for her? plus.... she doesnt have any powers

Pix taught me that a cover doesn't mean anything, they are really random sometimes. That one cover of Gert could just be a cover, someone else could come back.
