I've been hearing a lot of complaints about the new addition to the outsiders, Owlman. Everyone just thinks that DC is publishing comics with this character so that the "new Watchmen fans" will think that it's Watchmen related or something. Well, that might in fact be their motive, but frankly I don't give a damn. I like the character so far. He's a totally geek, physically, but I like that. I also love the whole "powerless" hero type, like most Batman characters are.

I like him I hope he's more than just a Batman rip off tho

He's not bad! I enjoy him on the team.

He's only been in two issues.  I don't really see him as a tie-in.  More like an homage. 

i like him, he's something different, yet at the same time familier, we'll have to see him in more issues before we can really decide though

I thought he was Anti-Matter Batman, or Earth-3 Owlman until now...

Its a new character, I don't think anybody can really say yet.

I prefer the Earth-3 Owlman. I was kinda disappointed when I found out that this was a new character.

He looks to much like Nite Owl to me. But he's okay

I like his duds, and Niteowl has recently made me realize how much I like Owls, lol.

Isn't there already an Owlman though, the evil anti-matter version of Batman?

I like that he is a little over weight too. It brings some realism to DC and to the outsiders

He really looks like Nite Owl (even overweight, just like Dan Dreiberg).
