I've been hearing a lot of complaints about the new addition to the outsiders, Owlman. Everyone just thinks that DC is publishing comics with this character so that the "new Watchmen fans" will think that it's Watchmen related or something. Well, that might in fact be their motive, but frankly I don't give a damn. I like the character so far. He's a totally geek, physically, but I like that. I also love the whole "powerless" hero type, like most Batman characters are.
Roy Raymond Jr.
Character » Roy Raymond Jr. appears in 54 issues.
A former talk show personality, Roy Raymond JR. was selected by Batman to take his place as the Outsider's resident detective. Using Owl themed equipment gifted unto him by Batman, Roy takes his crusade against the scum of the Earth to the next level as Owlman.
Who Likes the Idea of "Owlman" in Batman: and the Outsiders?
i like him, he's something different, yet at the same time familier, we'll have to see him in more issues before we can really decide though
I prefer the Earth-3 Owlman. I was kinda disappointed when I found out that this was a new character.
