Green Arrow's first sidekick, Roy Harper has grown to become one of the most accomplished marksmen in the DC Universe. After being abandoned by his mentor, Roy (Arsenal) joined the Outlaws with Red Hood and Starfire.

I love Roy.. though I prefer Arsenal over Red Arrow. Arsenal reminds me of the Outsiders days, with he and Jade. Ahh..fond memories.

I was a fan of the TT series in tv...then I was a bit shocked to know that he was a part of the original TT...they should've not done that...people are like thinking that he's just an "extra" titan from the east...

true bro true they hate roy for some reason i mean hes prity much more heroic and skilled than dick as the new batman and the writers obviously dont like that
