Green Arrow's first sidekick, Roy Harper has grown to become one of the most accomplished marksmen in the DC Universe. After being abandoned by his mentor, Roy (Arsenal) joined the Outlaws with Red Hood and Starfire.

It may be a dumb one but i personally think that the rise of arsenal story line will end with him rising as a super villain.  I think if that is what happens it would be pretty cool though.  I don't think there are many characters in the DCU that have been heroes and then bounced over to being villains, i especially think it would be pretty cool that one of the original sidekicks would be evil.

Jason Todd did the switch and he turned out to be pretty cool. Superman Prime did as well, though it was not so cool when he did it.

I think he'll become more of a Punisher type character, and who could blame him?
