    I finished Red Hood and The Outlaws not too long ago. With that said, I noticed something. Given a bit of time, Roy was actually really good with alien tech. Not only that, but he was also pretty inventive.

    With that in mind, would you consider Roy Harper a Prep Master, and if not, where would you place his Prep Ability?

    I'd say adaptive, but there is room for prep master somewhere
