@DarkBird: They probably just retconned all of Cry for Justice out of existence with the revamp.

That's the best idea I've heard all year. 
 
Outlaws will be one of 2 DC books I'll pick up post reboot if that's the case.

I'm thinking it's going to have something to do with this from the Titans Annual.  Then Cry For Justice can stay canon and everyone can stay happy.
