David Petersen is very nice, but Darwyn is a madman!

I have to get a photo of him at the convention... a 50+ man wearing a Winnie the Pooh costume, and post it in his image galleries.

I'm sure one of my friends captured him in His Finest Hour. :)

Also, Thom Trainor, the Ringmaster of the comic book artists at DragonCon, has a photo of Darwyn in his Winnie the Pooh suit. I'll post that as well once he sends it to me.

I read it last night. Great stuff!!! (Although I really wasn't that crazy about Darwyn's art.)

I'm such a fan that fanboyism actually kicks in that I don't even notice the flaws so I'm biased in my opinion glad i got a second opinion that it was good, looking forward to the sequels he's doing

You may have noticed that I wrote a review of Sweet Tooth where I poo-pooed a certain genre of comics...the genre of depressing comics about all the characters dying of disease and gratuitous violence. I don't like that stuff.

Crime comics OTOH, I LOVE!  There is always something within the framework of chicanery that makes it "funny" in a twisted way. I got my first taste of that type of comic when I lettered Jinx, and I've been a fan ever since.
