    Roulette received superhuman powers when Detonator unintentionally set off a gene bomb.

    Creation

    Roulette was created by Chaos Comics' original duo, Brian Pulido and Steven Hughes.

    Character Evolution

    Roulette has a multiple personality disorder. Her dominant personality is Reactor. When overusing her powers as Roulette, she changes into Reactor. Reactor appears as an infant, but she has immense power in that form.

    Out scavenging in Los Angeles with her teammates, she came across the Ravengers. Their fight was joined by Detonator. In the middle of the fight, Roulette changed into Reactor. Mindbender, a member of the Ravengers, abducted Reactor to bring back to Messiah, the underground crimelord.

    Reactor was rescued from the clutches of Messiah by Detonator and her own teammates.

    Powers

    Roulette is able to make objects appear by concentrating on those objects. As Reactor, she is able to cause nuclear blasts.
