Wow, that was Rorchach's Kingdom Come appearance? For some reason I thought he would have more than some one shot in the background where you could barely notice him. If someone didn't point him out I wouldn't have known he was there.

i think question is the one to the very left, right after the guy with the glasses.

for the record there are other watchmen references around the comic, would post them but someone shot down scans daily

He just happens to be doing the 'finger break' trick on Ragdoll.  The joke, of course, is that Ragdoll has no bones to break
