Romulus was ultimately behind the Weapon X Program. Given his great lifespan, and the few instances revealed about his past, Romulus is an exceptional warrior, planner and tactician.

    i have read wolverine origins since the beggining of time (haha) and im a big fan of wolverine, and all his tragic memories are caused by one man, ROMULUS, but reading wolverine origins, he is just a big hairy lucky guy, it looks like all his genius plans are just pure luck, i think his character had all the history n all the power to be greater than some of wolverine's enemies, but lately he looks like a big goof, what do you think?
