Plot Summary


Under the guidance of Forge, the man with the mutant ability to invent and build anything, Rom and the united governments of the world begin construction of an Orbiting Global Neutralizer. However, the shape-shifting Dire Wraiths are revealed to be within their ranks. The sinister aliens attempt to sabotage the efforts of our heroes.
