Plot Summary
As Forge remembers the attempt on his life by the alien Dire Wraiths (which took place in Uncanny X-Men (1963) #187-188), he struggles with the decision to help the very government that persecutes mutant-kind and would use his inventions to keep the super-hero community under its thumb. But after witnessing the true horror of the Dire Wraiths, Forge reassures Rom that he has a new and powerful ally.
