I don't really get it. We have someone who can freeze just about anything, someone who controls the weather, someone who can go through dimensions, and then we have someone with a flamethrower. What does he actually bring to the table? I've wondered this for a while.

I always thought Captain Boomerang was the most pointless Rogue.

If u say "why do we need a guy with a flamethrower", that's simplifying the character.

Why do we need a guy that spins?(Top)

A guy that makes things Cold?(Captain Cold)

A guy that plays the flute?(Pied Piper)

That is merely very rough summary of the character.
