Gambit never cheated on her to my knowledge. His always been faithful to her, even when her powers were at their auto-kill stage. 
 
The whole Rogue/Magneto thing is both insulting and ridiculous. Marvel spitting in its fans faces yet again.

I dint think it was ever stated definitively if he did or didn't cheat with Fixx/Mystique or not, but it was certainly implied that he did.

I don't get it why writers always are looking for excuses for them not being together after all these years one would assume they will finally just stay together, but noooo.
 
 Magneto and Rogue are not a good couple, is as simple as that.

theyre soul mates and burn for each other no matter what happens.
at this point in time they need the space to grow as characters and overcome their
own tribulations, finding themselves. the relationship became too to the point where
they were defined by it alone.

@sandman813: I feel like the moment has passed and the idealized memories of their relationship back then is more iconic for it. 
 
Starting it back up again will just make them another on-again off-again cliché.

Gambit and Rogue's relationship has been stale. Feels like it has lost its past emotion that made it such a dynamic pairing in the past and presently has not connection. Magneto and Rogue as shown in Legacy have a great chemistry that Gambit and Rogue seem to have lost over the past years.

I wouldn't mind seeing Rogue hook up with Magneto. It will be interesting to see Magneto in a relationship (I can't recall if he has had anything long term since Magda).
