I was really thinking why they give it to Colossus when's he already strong and seeing Colossus now seems he's still as strong as the usual Colossus and not as strong as Cain as Juggernaut.

Not really. I do miss it when she had her Ms Marvel powers though.

I like where Rogue is currently with her powers. Juggernaut style problems are more of a catalyst for new plot points rather than powers development, and Rogue's plot points and powers are in a pretty good place, Colossus's weren't really, so I think they suit him better. Plus she could always absorb some of it from Colossus with other peoples and be badass if the story requires it.
