    I know the powers list isn't based on powers and is basically a popularity contest. That being said, ROGUE is Eighth on the list???? 8th is she that popular?

    I think its more that they think her power to absorb other people's powers trumps a lot of people in fights.

    And Storm is fourth... okay. If it were only powerlevels the list would just be cosmic beings and gods.

    Rogue is really popular, especially after gaining new powers, leading her own X-Men team, and getting a new look.
