Graydon, whose parents were Mystique and Sabertooth, was Rogue's foster brother. After finding out that his parents where both mutants and abandoned him he became resentful of all mutants. As an adult he formed a group called Friends of Humanity that dedicated to opposing mutant civil rights by committing acts of terrorism against peaceful mutants and mutant sympathizers, and using the acts of violent mutants such as Magneto to rally support for their cause. He was also a member of the group Upstarts. At a rally for Graydon's hopeful presidential candidacy, an assassin shot and killed him. It was later revealed that the shooter having sworn to kill him after his part in the the brutal attack on Trevor Chase the grandson of her lover Destiny.

During a period of stress in her life, Rogue enjoyed a flirtatious road trip with Iceman. The youngest member of the original X-Men,Robert Drake has the mutant ability to drop his body temp inside and out to below subzero levels.As a result he can transform his body into ice. Originally Iceman could lower the temperature of his body and encase himself in an ice armor of varying shape and consistency. He has since gained the ability to turn his body into a form of organic ice. He can also freeze the moisture in the air and can create objects such as slides, ladders, and projectiles. He can reform any part of his body in his ice form, and can augment his shape and size. He has demonstrated the ability to animate ice forms by creating figures and through rapid freezing and unfreezing of their structure, and thus creating movement. These figures do not gain intelligence, and he is still in the developmental stage of this ability as it requires much concentration.

Joseph and Rogue became close friends during his tenure as an X-man. Joseph tried to become more than just a friend, but she ultimately chose Gambit over him.

Kitty Pride is a mutant with the ability to "phase" through solid matter, and to disrupt any electrical field she passes through. She's a member of the X-Men.

Rachel Summers is the daughter of Scott Summers and Jean Grey in an alternate timeline.

Mystique is Rogue's foster mother. When Rogue first made her appearance in Avengers Annual, she fought alongside Mystique and her Brotherhood of Evil Mutants. However, Mystique let Rogue run to Xavier and the X-Men for help when her powers were getting out of her control.Now, Mystique and Rogue have a troubled relationship. Rogue still feels loyal to Mystique even thought Mystique doesn't always do the right thing, but Rogue's loyalty to the X-Men is stronger and has occasionally put her at odds with her foster mother.

Nocturne is the daughter of Nightcrawler and the Scarlet Witch from an alternate reality.

The son of Rogue and Gambit in GeNext (a continuation of X-men: The End). In GeNext, Oliver inherited Rogue's power (although he is able to control it) and the power of telepathy.
