ALL-NEW, IN-CONTINUITY SERIES!

As defenders of the cosmos go, Rocket Raccoon has faced his fair share of galactic battles. He's been a hero to the weak, a champion of good, a protector of the innocent, a heartthrob to the many intergalactic female species and now--a raccoon on the run?! ( I'm sorry, I'm sorry, a "formidable-and-expert-Guardian" on the run. Rocket is NOT a raccoon, okay?) Rocket's high-flying life of adventure and heroism may soon be a thing of the past when he becomes a wanted man-and the authorities are not the only one on his TAIL! (We'll definitely be overusing that pun!)

Superstar creator Skottie Young brings his A-game as writer and artist on the series we've been waiting decades for. Because let's be real, this is the only Guardian of the Galaxy you actually care about. Am I right?

Rocket Raccoon #1 0

Simply put, this book clicks--with its pinky out. The GoodEverything about this book is fun: virtually everyone cracks wise; the art is cheerful, bright, and expressive; and even the sound effects are quotable. With a leading man raccoon character who is typically relegated to comic relief, this could easily have been a book that is hollow and forgettable—but Skottie Young pulls off something special with ROCKET RACCOON #1. Looking past the jokes and stylized visuals, we get the beginning ...

Blam ... Murdered Multiple of You ! 0

Rocket Raccoon gets his own series! With the Guardians of the Galaxy movie just a month away, this is the perfect time to learn more about the character and enjoy amazing Scottie Young art!. Young is the writer and artist on this book and you can really feel the fun he is having with Rocket as a character. What is really surprising is the freedom that Marvel gave Young in this story, because this is not kid friendly book , and is more like Looney Toons rated "R", but hey, that sounds awesome rig...

Rockets Ahead of the Competition 0

Ever since Skottie Young was attached to this title, I was pretty hopeful that this series would present a stand-out experience, especially with the disappointment that is the current run of the Guardians of the Galaxy. And, now that I've read it, I'm hooked.Skottie creates a unique and creative atmosphere and world for Rocket to interact with from the start. Every page is filled with little details and fun things tucked away to keep you exploring, that is, if the art itself didn't keep you glue...
