Srs,I just started to read Batman.

Most likely Harper Row, but I'm still holding out for Carrie Kelly. Another interesting choice would be the recently announced Spoiler, though.

Stephanie Brown is coming back so she might be an option, but I really doubt it.

I don't think there'll be a new one. Damian will come back before that happens.

Well Steph is going to be Spoiler so I hope Tim comes back to the mantle. The relationship between Batman and Tim is broken and Teen Titans suck, to repair a relationship as well as an amazing character they should choose Tim.

Nobody. IMO it just wouldn't feel right for Bruce to let another person take up the mantle of Robin after the death of his biological son.

Bring in a young Terry McGinnis. Not as young as Damian, maybe about Tim's current age. His father is killed by a new gang calling themselves the JokerZ, lead by the Joker's Daughter. Tries to get a job through Wayne Industries' out reach programs, but isn't old enough or qualified. So he goes to the man himself: Straight to Wayne Manor to see if he can get the boss to pull some strings for him. From there, Terry's old origin story plays out, only instead of stealing the Batman Beyond suit, he steals a Robin suit and the old Redbird.
