Robin's team affiliations

The Batman Family is an unofficial name for all of Batman's, friends,family and allies that help him wage his war on crime.

The Robin of Earth 2 made his Justice Society debut in JLA#55, wearing a Batman type costume. On Earth 2 Batman had retired, and Dick Grayson was stepping in to fill his shoes. After a tentative start where he felt inadequate, he soon found his place in the team.

Dick Grayson (Robin/Nightwing) was one of the founding members of the Teen Titans and joined the team in The Brave and the Bold #60 (1965). He has also been a member of the Outsiders and the JLA. Jason Todd (Robin) was an early recruit of the New Teen Titans and joined in The New Teen Titans (Vol. 2) #20 (1986). He died in Batman #428 and since his resurrection has not rejoined the Titans and he has actually been an enemy to the team, especially Tim Drake. Tim Drake (Robin) was formerly a member of Young Justice but afterwards joined the Teen Titans in Teen Titans Vol. 3 #1 (2003).

The Young Justice was a super group in the DC Universe that filled the gap of the Teen Titans when they became a group called simply Titans. Both groups eventually disbanded forming a new Teen Titans.
