The conclusion of the Anarchy storyline unfolds as Gotham city rages, and Robin ( now in the Red Robin costume ) is
locked in a battle with Anarchy. Spoiler is also in a battle with the Lynx. The Gotham city police have their hands full with a full on riot. There is definitely a third act feel to this story. Everything is ramped up. There really is not a page in the book that isn't filled with some sort of action. This is the real beginning of all the changes Tim Drake has been through.
We see as he became more like Bruce Wayne and he also takes one more step towards the "Dark Batman" from the Titans future storyline. I would have to say, that I can not see Tim Drake ever being the sidekick again.
