In this issue Robin is still trying to come up with a program that can predict behavior so he can fight crime better. He finds that it can not prevent Anarchy. Yeah ... thats right i said it. Bad puns rock! Any who. Seriously ... it is cool to see Robin fling ( another one ) solo, trying to take Batmans place. I would like to have more acknowledgement on the impossibility of the task. There is obviously something coming in this title and i for one am glad I started to pick this title up again.
