Plot Summary

Overview

As the Lords of the Avenues continue their killing spree on the mean streets of Gotham, Robin reveals the puppet-masters supplying the killers with their drugs. Now he must cut off the pipeline and protect the reporter who wants to break the story before he becomes the next victims!
