Rip van Winkle is a farsighted member of Millennium and it's Werewolf Special Forces. She stole a carrier ship by the name of Eagle to lure Alucard out over the ocean, with nothing but a flintlock musket and her units. Her mission was a success that ended with her conversion into one of Alucard's familiars.
The Major requested that she not be fried via the implanted chips within her, instead he requested her fellows hail her.
Weaponry

Rip van Winkle uses an old flintlock musket loaded with special magical bullets. These bullets "punish all without distinction" by being able to change course mid-flight and even hit a single target hundreds of times with the same bullet, coupled with the ability to pierce armor these bullets are quite punishing for her opponents indeed.
