I think the entire Richard Dragon series was considered non-canon.
Someone in another thread said this is because the author openly admitted to not knowing anything about the character when he made this.
Which makes sense because in earlier comics Batman fought Richard to a standstill and didn't knwo who he was. That would make no sense if in this comic he trained Bruce.
Art is niiiiice tho. Situations are cool. Action is cool. I don't like the disrespect of Tiger like that tho. Before this comic he was the best in the world having the knowledge of O-sensei and sensei, Dragon only having O-Sensei. Richard stalemated Bats, While Tiger beat Bats twice, and Bats has admitted that Tiger is better than him. Tiger, Bruce, Shiva, Richard , Cassie, and Connor are the best on the planet (along with i-ching and other senseis and this guy named). I have always thought Tiger would beat dragon, but consensus has shifted because of this comic.
But to the person who commented above, Connor did not draw with Shiva, he was nearly killed by Shiva. He has gotten stronger after that tho. He bathed in Dragon's blood and gene spliced with plastic man, giving him strength and some kind of invunerability/immortality-like deal.
I do mean no disrespect in this respect thread tho. Just clarifying.
