Well kinda. I'm sure he will be getting a suit eventually, but I wouldn't be suprised if he didnt.

I watched this scene being filmed.

He's driving the get-away towtruck attached to an Oscorp armored van, with someone/somethibg very important inside. Almost one hundred NYPD and SWAT officers are chasing him. Theres a crash at the end.
