Doctor Octopus

Dr Octopus’s abilities derive from his four steel tentacles. Attached to a harness encircling his lower chest and waist, each telepathically controlled, telescoping limb can move at speeds of up to 90 feet per second and strike with the force of a jackhammer. Once he was Otto Octavius, a brilliant and respected nuclear physicist, inventor and lecturer. But a freak laboratory accident exposed him to intense radioactivity, grafting the tentacles to his body and transforming him into a criminally insane megalomaniac. Since then, Doc Oc has dedicated his warped genius to building an empire of crime and eradicating his most hated foe: the Amazing Spider-Man.

Started off as human until an accident working with radioactive material which turned his skin green and making his head grow and filling it with extreme knowledge. He has construed the Freehold, a utopian city hidden in Canada's icy north. The Leader thought the Hulk would truly understood him. Believing that his brain was about to ascend into a higher plane, he asked the Banner to come watched his leaving.

Nuwa

He is friend of Nuwa in her Facespace.

Punisher

Later, in Punisher War Journal #23, at the end of the Jigsaw arc, Rhino storms the Brooklyn Bridge during the attempt on the Punisher's life and battles a member of the Wrecking Crew, saving the Punisher's life and asking if they are even, declining Jigsaw's offer of a billion dollars to kill Castle. The Punisher allows him to leave, telling him to "be good."
