Red Tornado is great but yet you never hear anything about him. Why is that?

Because all's he does is mostly sits off in the JLA station doing technical stuff when Batman's not there.

But he is a great character and i really like him. He should get more Appearances.

I think he's an awesome character, and heard he was one of the inspirations for Aang in Avatar's look.

Maybe because he's basically a way weaker version of the Vision only with Whirlwind's powers instead?

Dc has been dumping characters into earth 2 that can't find a place on the main earth. The quality super heroes like Ray, Phantom Lady, Doll Man, Human Bomb are on the main earth. Stargirl is being used on the main earth. Vandal Savage is also being used on the main earth. Shade is also on the main earth. Red Tornado is being used on the new earth 2. I hope dc just forgets about earth 2 so that all characters like Jay, Alan, Kendra Saunders, Al Pratt, Dr Fate, Sandman, Captain Steel, Crimson Avenger, Wildcat, Hourman, Red Tornado, Solomon Grundy, Wotan, etc. can all be rebooted on the main earth where they can be more useful.
